Strawberry and biscuit cream dessert

I don't have a name for this because I got the recipe from a sweet Japanese lady, Michi, who used to run a pension in Niseko, Hokkaido. She prepared this simple but lovely dessert when we were there for skiing. It's really easy and requires no skill at all!!

Ingredients: whipping cream 200ml, Marie biscuit 80g (from Wellcome or PnS), good quality strawberry jam 3 tbsp, sugar 1 tbsp

Use an empty milk carton as the container for this dessert. In a large bowl, mix the sugar with the cream until dissolved, no need to whisk. Then add to it strawberry jam (with real fruit) and mix well. Finally, break the biscuit into small pieces and add to the mixture. No need to whisk at any stage! Pour the whole mixture into the milk carton, zip the opening and put into the freezer for a few hours.

When serving, just cut the whole frozen carton into serving size using a big knife (e.g. Chinese knife). Now you see the beauty of using a disposable milk carton as container! If the dessert is too hard to cut, just leave it out to thaw for a few minutes.

Don't bother adding fresh strawberries because the fruit will just freeze and become hard to eat. You may try other kinds of biscuit. I inituitively would think biscotti may work, but you'll have to experience the texture yourself.
